Refund Policy

Your satisfaction and your animal's health are our top priorities.

At 4Cyte Lab Australia, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. 4Cyte™ Palatability Guarantee

We offer a 100% Palatability Guarantee on all 4Cyte™ Canine and Feline products. If your dog or cat refuses to eat the supplement, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • At least 80% of the product must remain in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase from 4Cyte Lab is required.

2. Change of Mind

We offer a 30-day return window for most items if you change your mind, subject to the following conditions:

  • Supplements: Must be unopened with the induction seal intact. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements (except for palatability claims).
  • Equine Gear (Rugs/Boots): Must be in as-new condition, free of horse hair, dirt, or odors, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged or is technically faulty (e.g., a broken pump on a 200ml Forte Gel or a manufacturing defect on an Amigo rug):

  • Please notify us at support@4cytelab.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or immediate replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. How Refunds are Issued

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Credit Cards/Apple Pay: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded to the originating wallet address at the USD value at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Customized or special-order equine equipment.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered by the user or the animal.
