Our 4Cyte™ Epiitalis® Forte Gels are high-potency products. To ensure the bio-activity of the patented plant oils:

• We store all stock in climate-controlled environments.
• During extreme Australian heatwaves, we may delay dispatch by 24–48 hours to prevent transit in excessive temperatures.
• We recommend selecting Express Shipping for all gel products to ensure minimal time in transit.

4. Bulky Items (Rugs & Poultice)

Items such as the Amigo 1200D Rugs or 20kg Cool As Clay may require specialized courier handling. Please note that we cannot deliver these bulky items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers; a physical residential or business address is required.
