Supplement Quality Guarantee
At 4Cyte Lab Australia, we stand behind the clinical integrity of our products. All supplements, including the 4Cyte™ Epiitalis® Forte range, are sourced directly from authorized laboratory stock to ensure maximum potency and safety.
- Palatability Guarantee: 4Cyte™ products are 100% guaranteed for palatability. If your animal refuses to eat the product, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
- Storage & Integrity: We warrant that all products are stored in climate-controlled conditions prior to dispatch to preserve the bio-activity of the Epiitalis® ingredient.
Equine Equipment & Rugs
For hardware and equine wear (such as the Amigo 1200D range), we honor all manufacturer warranties against material defects and workmanship.
Note: Damage caused by horse play, fence snags, or improper fit is not covered under warranty. We highly recommend checking our size guides before purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a damaged item or the incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Email support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, supplement seals must be intact unless the return is regarding a palatability claim.
- Refunds: Once the return is inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (including Credit Card or Cryptocurrency).
Our Legal Commitment
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
